What is ZUMBA?

Zumba is a fusion of Latin & International music-dance themes creating an exciting & effective fitness system! You don't have to know how to dance to do Zumba. It is a party-like atmosphere, that is less intimidating and lots of fun!! Come try your first class for just $1.00 ( Monday at 9:15 am) or any other fitness class we offer.
